Introducing - Sweetaholic

Recently I was invited to a Japanese wedding and did not have a kimono well of course I asked Breezes, who is often at Tai Chi and has a lot of kimono's, straight away she recommended 'Sweetaholic' and dropped me a Landmark.
I was stunned at the intricacy of these kimonos they not only have stunning textures but also many include the hair, shoes, skin, shape and even animated accessories!
These are amazing. Not only does Asalt Eames make traditional Kimonos for men and woman but he also makes more modern kimono's which are breathtakingly beautiful.
You can see more images HERE and maybe visit his store to see the selection for yourself.

The Primmiest House in Second Life?

By Bixyl Shuftan

I’ve seen a number of homes in Second Life, both apartments and small home rentals, and larger homes on one’s own virtual land. But Felina Fermi owns a place, along with her partner Rhypanthian Abilene, that has quite a large number of items. One visitor supposedly called it “the primmiest house in SL.”

Felina herself doubts she truly holds the record, but feels her home is certainly among the top for the most prims per square foot in a residential home, “I have seen people with *bigger* homes but they don't decorate it to the fullest with every room and every spot filled.” And indeed, just about every spot has been filled. Even a wastebasket had some paper wads next to it. The kitchen counter has often had numerous food trays with goodies on them. A working home-entertainment system allows her and her guests to watch one of a broad selection of movies. A number of pet cats walk about the living room, meowing and purring.

Unlike some homeowners in Second Life who strived to take full advantage to make what otherwise would be difficult to impossible, what Rezzable termed “Not Possible In Real Life,” Felina was determined to make a home representative of the North American middle-class dream, filling the house with what she would get in reality if she had the cash, “I wish I could afford all this in real-life.”

Is Felina’s home really “the primmiest house in Second Life?” Do any of you, the readers, know of a home with more?

The 'Wrath' of Raven

I just had to share this with you!
I am so excited to be involved with the clothing fair run by the Relay Raiders.
This year the Theme is pirates as many know, but along side of that are the 7 sins!
The dresses are being recreated inworld by 7 of SLs most talented designers for an auction in aid of RFL.
They will be 'one of a kinds' never to be remade or resold!
I was lucky yesterday to be on the spot when Raven Pennyfeather of Rfyre finished her interpretation of 'Wrath' and of course I had to show you!!!!

Unfortunately I had been playing with windlight so a lot of the detail is lost in my picture, but I am sure you will be at the silent auctions between the 16th and 22nd during the Clothing fair!
